Aaron Sanchez On Track For Sunday Start
5 years agoToronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Aaron Sanchez (finger) threw his bullpen session on Friday and is scheduled to start against the Rockies on the road Sunday after cracking his fingernail in his last start. The finger issues just aren't going away for Sanchez, which is part of the risk in owning him. The right-hander is 3-5 on the year with a 3.75 ERA, 1.52 WHIP, 33 walks and 56 strikeouts in 60 innings over 12 starts. His 5.0 BB/9 each of the last five years is part of the reason why most fantasy owners won't touch him anymore, and you should certainly avoid him at Coors Field this Sunday.
