Aaron Rodgers Throws Four Touchdown Passes
5 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers completed 21 of 33 passes for 243 yards and four touchdowns in a 31-13 win over the New York Giants. It was a much-needed bounce-back for the 35-year-old, who had put up a dud last week against San Francisco. The veteran signal-caller dissected the Giants secondary in the red zone, throwing three of his touchdowns there. Rodgers spread the wealth around, with two scores to favorite target Davante Adams, one to receiver Allen Lazard and one to tight end Mercedes Lewis. Lewis became the 38th player to receive a touchdown pass from Rodgers. The All-Pro quarterback will get another good matchup next week against the woeful Washington Redskins, who rank 19th in fantasy points allowed to QBs.
