2 years agoWhen asked about his long-term plans with the New York Jets, quarterback Aaron Rodgers was non-committal on Wednesday. "Right now I am just going to focus on this season," Rodgers said. This shouldn't really come as a surprise to anyone, and only the future Hall of Fame signal-caller really knows whether there's any chance he'll play more than just one season for the Jets. The 39-year-old has seriously considered hanging up his cleats in each of the last two offseasons. His future playing plans will likely depend on how his 2023 season goes in New York. He had one of the worst years of his career in his final campaign with the Packers in 2022, but Rodgers has bounce-back potential in his new home with a more potent offense around him.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
