Aaron Rodgers Looks To Build On Last Week's Success
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (thumb) will face the Tennessee Titans this Thursday night. Rodgers has dealt with the thumb injury for weeks now and was left off the final injury report on Wednesday. Last week was the first time the reigning MVP finished as a top-10 fantasy quarterback all season, and he will look to build upon that success this week against the Titans. Tennessee is a great matchup, as they have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points per game to the quarterback position and have given up the second-most passing yards. While Romeo Doubs (ankle) is still out, Rodgers will still have Allen Lazard and last week's breakout star Christian Watson. Rodgers threw just 20 passes last week as the Packers decided to lean on the run game more, but if he can continue to be hyper-efficient, then there is no reason he can't finish inside the top 12 again in Week 11. Consider the 38-year-old a back-end QB1 for fantasy this week.
