Aaron Rodgers Hints At Playing Beyond This Year
1 year agoNew York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers stated it "would be a disservice" to play only one year with his new team. "The Jets gave up a lot for me," said the signal-caller during a radio interview. "Now, if that one year turns out to be a magical year, who knows? It's more than that. It's how my body feels, and I've made some changes this offseason with some training and diet." The 39-year-old was traded to New York in April after spending his entire career in Green Bay. While Rodgers wasn't at his best last season, he's certainly capable of having another MVP year in 2023-24. He has plenty of options on the offensive end, although he'll need to continue to build a rapport with all of them moving forward.
