Aaron Rodgers Has Interest In Returning To Jets
3 hours agoNFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers is open to returning to the team in 2025 after they hired Aaron Glenn as their next head coach this week. However, Rodgers has made it clear that the ultimate decision on whether he returns will be up to Glenn and new general manager Darren Mougey. It helps, though, that Glenn is reportedly open to Rodgers returning as well, but the organization will now have conversations about whether a reunion is in the cards for the 2025 season. The 41-year-old has one more deal left on the three-year contract he signed with the Jets before the 2023 season. He's obviously not the long-term answer, but the Jets might be willing to run it back with the future Hall of Famer for one more year while a rookie QB sits on the sidelines and learns from him. If Rodgers returns, he'll be an injury risk as a QB2 in fantasy with limited upside.
