Aaron Rodgers Expected To Practice Sunday
5 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (back), who was scratched from the preseason game against the Ravens on Thursday with a tight back, is expected to be back on the practice field this Sunday. The 35-year-old Rodgers hasn't played in a preseason finale since 2012, so the most likely time he'd play would be the team's third preseason game against the Raiders next week. He played just seven snaps in exhibition games last year, and head coach Matt LaFleur said it's not necessary that Rodgers play at all in this preseason. Rodgers should be able to bounce back in 2019 in a new offense with some real intriguing receiving options behind stud Davante Adams. He'll go early in drafts as an elite fantasy signal caller.
