Aaron Rodgers Could Continue To Struggle Against Detroit
5 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers could continue his struggle for fantasy owners this week against the Detroit Lions. Rodgers has had a disappointing start to the season for fantasy owners, partly due to surrounding injuries and partly due to the team having success on the ground and moving away from passing the ball. The Lions have managed to limit the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers to no passing touchdowns in their matchups this season, but those games were both at home. With the Lions traveling to Lambeau this week, Rodgers is likely to be a low-end QB1. Especially if the Packers are able to lean heavily on Aaron Jones and limit the need for their quarterback to throw them to victory. Rodgers might be more of a high-end QB2 if his top wideout, Davante Adams (toe), misses another game.
