Aaron Rodgers Considered A Long Shot To Stay With Jets Next Season
23 seconds agoNew York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers is viewed as a long shot to remain with the team in 2025, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Rodgers carries no guaranteed money into next season but does have a $35 million option bonus. The decision of whether to exercise that option will fall on the Jets' front office, including their new head coach and general manager. Rapoport notes that Rodgers is having the worst stretch of his career and has consistently dealt with nagging injuries, though he's finally off the injury report for Week 13. To this point, the veteran quarterback has completed 63.4 percent of his passes for 2,442 yards, 17 touchdowns, and seven interceptions, ranking as the overall QB19 in fantasy football.
