Aaron Rodgers A Fringe QB1 In Week 5
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers will face the New York Giants in London Sunday. The reigning MVP has thrown two touchdowns in each of the last three games but has yet to finish as a top-12 fantasy option in any of the first four weeks. The 38-year-old's wide receiver corps is as healthy as it has been this season, with only Sammy Watkins (hamstring) set to miss this game since he is currently on the IR. The Giants have allowed the 11th-fewest fantasy points per game to the quarterback position and are tied for the league lead in interceptions with seven total. With Rodgers averaging 233.8 yards per game and capping out at just two touchdowns thrown in any contest so far, the veteran quarterback heads into Week 5 as a fringe QB1 for fantasy managers.
