Aaron Judge Takes Reps At First
2 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge was seen taking fielding reps at first base during Tuesday's camp, per MLB.com's Bryan Hoch. While the 30-year-old was initially drafted as a first baseman and pitcher in 2010, he has never played first base in his big-league career. It sounds like that will continue to be the case, as manager Aaron Boone said there was "nothing there", and the team signed Anthony Rizzo to a two-year deal this off-season. The 2022 Most Valuable Player should be a top outfield option and overall fantasy player once again in 2023, as he will look to follow up on a .311/.425/.686 slash line with 62 home runs, 131 RBI, and 16 stolen bases.
