Aaron Judge Could See Time In Center Field
7 years agoFollowing the surprising announcement that New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Hicks would be placed on the disabled list with a muscle strain in his right rib cage, the Yankees began pondering their lineup. The club admitted today that outfielder Aaron Judge could see time in center field as a result, a significant change for the slugger, who has played right field most of his career. Billy McKinney was promoted Friday as a result of the injury, the third outfielder the Yankees have placed on the DL this year. With Judge possible playing center, Giancarlo Stanton could also play his natural position in right field and left as well, according to manager Aaron Boone.
