Aaron Judge Back To Familiar Spot
7 years agoAfter spending a good portion of last season batting third and fifth, the New York Yankees slotted outfielder Aaron Judge in at second in the batting order and kept him there through the postseason. This year, it appears they’re convinced about keeping him there, as the reigning American League Rookie of the Year is set to bat second and start in right field Thursday against the Blue Jays. The 26-year-old is coming off an interesting season that saw him shatter rookie records but decline as the campaign wore on. Following the All-Star break, Judge suffered a massive decline. Regardless, he should deliver home runs and RBI at an All-Star pace.
