Aaron Jones Poised For An Increased Workload Against Cowboys
5 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones is poised for an increased workload for Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys. Jamaal Williams is still going through the league's concussion protocol, and his outlook is unknown for the game. If Williams misses the matchup, Jones should be given more touches out of the backfield. Jones has not been overly efficient in the past two games, totaling just 40 yards from 23 carries, but he has saved his fantasy value with three touchdowns. If wide receiver Davante Adams (toe) misses the game, then Jones could be heavily involved with everything the Packers do on offense. Even against a defense that has given up an average of just 14.8 points to the position, Jones' workload should give him RB2 value this week.
