Aaron Hicks Dodges A Bullet
6 years agoAn MRI exam revealed no tears in New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Hicks' hamstring, according to manager Aaron Boone. Hicks' hamstring remains tight and he will sit out for a few days. With the regular season coming to a close this Sunday, the Yankees will be extra cautious with their starting outfielder. Hicks has been great this year, hitting .247/.368/.465 with 26 homers, 76 RBI and 11 steals, but you might not be able to count on him for much the rest of the way. Brett Gardner will continue to fill in for Hicks until he's back.
