Aaron Gordon Ice-Cold from Deep
7 years agoOrlando Magic forward Aaron Gordon had quite the off shooting night against the Cavaliers. He was 7-for-20 from the field, including 2-for-10 from deep. He ended with 17 points, 11 rebounds and three steals, but it still was not enough to propel his team to victory. The game was a blowout before halftime, but the Magic clawed their way back and Gordon still saw his full allotment of minutes. The Magic play the Celtics next, and you should expect much better defense from them. It'll be a slower-paced game against solid defenders, so you may want to look elsewhere for your fantasy needs.

Aaron Gordon Available Wednesday
5 days agoDenver Nuggets forward/center Aaron Gordon (calf, ankle) will suit up for Wednesday's contest against the Milwaukee Bucks. He is ready to return from a one-game absence after initially carrying a questionable tag on the injury report. Peyton Watson, who tallied 24 points in 39 minutes on Monday against the Chicago Bulls, will have to settle for a smaller role in the rotation due to Gordon's return. Although Gordon has been bothered by calf and ankle injuries, his recent performances have been outstanding, as the 29-year-old has averaged 23.4 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.8 assists over his last five appearances.

Aaron Gordon Probable For Friday
1 week agoDenver Nuggets forward/center Aaron Gordon (calf, ankle) is probable for Friday's matchup with the Portland Trail Blazers. Gordon has played in the Nugget's last two games despite being listed still on the injury report for right calf injury management and a sprained left ankle. If the 29-year-old can suit up, he will likely start at the center as Nikola Jokic (ankle), who is still sidelined with an ankle issue. He could also factor in fantasy this evening with the extra minutes available after finishing with 26 points, 11 rebounds, and one steal across 30 minutes in a 120-108 loss to the Lakers during his last outing on Wednesday.

Aaron Gordon Good To Go Against Lakers
2 weeks agoDenver Nuggets forward/center Aaron Gordon (calf, ankle) will suit up for Wednesday's tilt against the Los Angeles Lakers. Ahead of tip-off, the team has upgraded Gordon's status from probable to available. He should be heavily involved in the contest, considering that Nikola Jokic (elbow, ankle) and Jamal Murray (ankle) will remain sidelined for a second consecutive game. When the star duo sat out Monday's game against the Golden State Warriors, Gordon exploded for a season-high 38 points on 14-for-23 shooting.
