A.J. Pollock Cleared To Resume Baseball Activities
7 years agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder A.J. Pollock (thumb) was cleared to resume baseball activities on Monday afternoon. Pollock has been sidelined with a thumb fracture since mid-May, when he was given a four to eight-week timeframe for a return. Pollock still has a long ways to go before getting back in the lineup, but owners should be optimistic that Pollock can return before the end of July. In the meantime, Jon Jay and Jarrod Dyson should continue to benefit with Steven Souza Jr. also still out.
