A.J. Green Looking To Take Advantage Of A Good Matchup
3 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver A.J. Green is no longer in the prime of his career and isn't the top dog at receiver on his new team. However, he has seen six targets in each of his first two games with Arizona. In Week 2 against the Minnesota Vikings, Green had three catches for 44 yards and one touchdown. In Week 3, he will face a Jacksonville Jaguars defense that gave up 216 yards to Broncos wide receivers last week. Green should be considered a borderline flex option in deeper leagues because of his decent target share. Quarterback Kyler Murray seems to trust Green, but the lack of receptions does not make him an appealing option in tougher matchups.
