A.J. Brown Leads Eagles In Targets During Victory
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown caught five of his eight targets and gained 69 yards during the team's blowout victory over the Minnesota Vikings on Monday. The 25-year-old still operated as quarterback Jalen Hurts' top target, but the third-year passer spread the ball around the offense more often than he did during Week One against the Detroit Lions. Fantasy managers may not be thrilled with Brown's Week Two performance, but he looks like a more consistent fantasy producer than he was in Tennessee. With 21 targets already thrown his way through two games, the fourth-year receiver should still be considered a top-tier fantasy option against Washington next Sunday. The Commanders have surrendered over 500 passing yards and five passing touchdowns to start the season, putting Brown in a prime spot to succeed for fantasy purposes.
