2 years agoThe San Francisco 49ers selected Michigan kicker Jake Moody with the No. 99 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Moody will replace veteran Robbie Gould as the team's primary kicker, who parted ways with the team this offseason. The 23-year-old was terrific in 2022, converting 87 percent of his field-goal attempts. Moody made 29 field goals (a single-season record), including 10 from 40-plus yards, and was a perfect 60-of-60 in extra-point tries. The Michigan product was named the team's Specialist of the Year. Moody will compete with Zane Gonzalez to be San Francisco's primary kicker. The 49ers will be a high-octane offense again in 2023; Moody would be a reliable fantasy option if he can secure the starting gig.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
