Rivers has come back to Earth after throwing for 404 yards and two touchdowns in his first game of the season against the Lions.
Road games against solid defenses in Cincinnati and Minnesota will do that. But this week the Chargers host the Browns, who just allowed more than 300 yards in the air at home to Derek Carr and the Raiders.
I look for Rivers to recapture some of that home magic against a team that hasn't faced an offense as potent as San Diego's this season. If you're deciding between two quarterbacks, you may want to lean towards Rivers. He could be in for a big game against a weak Cleveland pass defense, and put up big numbers for his fantasy football owners.
