ANALYSIS: Pat Neshek missed most of the season's first half thanks to a forearm strain, but he's been quite effective since returning to the active roster. The submariner has allowed just two runs in 19 appearances covering 17 innings, good for a 1.06 ERA, though he's only struck out 12 batters. What makes him appealing from a fantasy perspective is that he's recorded three saves this month, two coming in the past week.
Seranthony Dominguez is clearly the most talented pitcher in the Philadelphia bullpen, but he's also a rookie who may be hitting the wall; Dominguez has allowed five earned runs and blown two saves in his last seven appearances. The Phillies can't afford to let any wins slip away if they want to return to the postseason for the first time since 2011, so Neshek may see more save opportunities moving forward.
