BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 23% of leagues
ANALYSIS: The Brewers have the worst offense in baseball as a unit so far this season, but no blame can be assigned to Omar Narváez. The 29-year-old backstop has been swinging a red-hot bat in the early going, slashing an absurd .444/.500/.778 with a pair of home runs and five RBI in six games. (As of this writing, he's singled twice in three Saturday at-bats as well.)
Narváez had a rough go of it in 2020, but in 2019 he was one of the most productive catchers in the game, hitting .278/.353/.460 with 22 homers and 118 R+BI in 132 games. That came on the heels of .794 OPS in 97 games in 2018. Despite that, he was the 23rd catcher off the board in NFBC drafts this spring. If his performance out of the gate this year is any indication, he'll make that look like a major oversight by the community.
