BALLER MOVE: Start in 14+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: Low-end Flex
ANALYSIS: Washington Commanders wide receiver Noah Brown should be viewed as a riskier flex option in 14+ team formats in Week 11 when he faces the Philadelphia Eagles.
Without a proven No. 2 option opposite of Terry McLaurin, Brown has been able to emerge as the full-time starter in the Washington passing attack. Since Week 8, Brown has seen at least six targets in all but one contest. However, despite seeing a hefty target share, Brown only eclipsed double-digit PPR points in two games in this span and fell under 8.0 PPR points twice.

While it is promising that Brown has seen consistent targets, he has been unable to post productive fantasy outputs on a weekly basis.
On Thursday evening, he will face a tough Philadelphia secondary who has allowed the 12th-fewest PPR points to opposing wideouts. Brown should only be viewed as a flex option in deeper formats as he could find a path to success given the hefty 48.5-point total, but carries inherent risk given his inconsistent performances.
