ANALYSIS: Texans wide receiver Nico Collins is expected to suit up against the Cleveland Browns in Week 16, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Collins missed Houston's Week 15 clash with the Tennessee Titans due to a calf injury and had been listed as questionable in the lead-up to this week's matchup against the Browns. However, he will give it a go after getting in some limited practice sessions at the end of the week.

Collins has been phenomenal in this rejuvenated Houston offense this season and enters Week 16 as the overall fantasy WR14. While his fantasy managers would normally be rejoicing due to his availability, things aren't that clear cut in this spot, as Collins faces a difficult matchup and will be catching passes from Case Keenum rather than C.J. Stroud (concussion).
Cleveland has permitted the NFL's fifth-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this season, while Keenum represents an undeniable downgrade from Stroud. Toss in the fact that he's recovering from an injury and Collins lands on the WR2/3 borderline rather than the WR1 treatment he's earned in recent months. His fantasy managers will likely want/need to start him but should consider his point-scoring floor and ceiling lower than normal.
