George Kittle, 45.5 Receiving Yards (LOWER)
San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle faces the Minnesota Vikings for Monday Night Football. The 49ers are touchdown road favorites, so Vegas predicts a San Francisco rout on Monday. With Deebo Samuel ruled out for Monday, it may be assumed that the team will lean on Kittle more in the passing game, but Kittle had his worst games of the season when Deebo was injured and uninvolved in the offense. San Francisco could lean on Brandon Aiyuk and the running backs in the passing game.
Alexander Mattison, 44.5 Rushing Yards (LOWER)
Minnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison is in for a tough matchup against the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night. The Niners have been one of the most formidable defenses to run against this season, allowing the sixth-fewest rushing yards. Mattison has been an inefficient runner this season with -40 rushing yards over expected. In a game where the Vikings are significant underdogs, Mattison could struggle to reach 45 rushing yards.
Greg Joseph, 1.5 XP Made (LOWER)
Minnesota Vikings kicker Greg Joseph has been serviceable over the past year, nailing 26 of 33 field goal attempts (78.8%) and 40 0f 46 extra point attempts (87%) for the team in 2022. While Joseph is a decent kicker, I expect the Vikings offense to struggle in a tough matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. The Vikings offense looked putrid without superstar wide receiver Justin Jefferson available to carry the load. It is hard to see how this Vikings team scores multiple touchdowns in this matchup.
Brock Purdy, 236.5 Passing Yards (HIGHER)
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy is facing the Minnesota Vikings on Monday. Purdy is coming off his worst game of the season in the loss against the Cleveland Browns but has been one of the most productive quarterbacks this season. Before the Browns game, Purdy had passed for over 250 passing yards in three straight games. The Vikings have allowed an average of 232.8 passing yards per game to quarterbacks this season, and Purdy should have no issue surpassing that.
Kirk Cousins, 2.5 Rushing Attempts (HIGHER)
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins will face the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night. The Niners have the best PFF grade for pass rush, so Cousins should face pressure and escape the pocket often. Cousins reached three rushing yards against the Steelers, Rams, and Browns this season, all of which are top-10 in pass rush. Rotoballer's Proptimizer tool gives this over a 33.57% edge with a Sharp App projected line of 6.10 rushing yards. Cousins should be on the move in this contest.
Jake Moody, 2.5 XP Made (HIGHER)
San Francisco 49ers kicker Jake Moody was perfect before missing two field goals, including the game-winning attempt, against the Cleveland Browns last week. The third-round rookie has looked good and should bounce back from that performance. The Niners are touchdown favorites against the Minnesota Vikings in a game with a 44-point over/under, giving them an implied team total of 26. San Francisco should score often, and Moody will chip in the extra points after.
