Jalen Hurts, 39.5 Rushing Yards (HIGHER)
Jalen Hurts is the Konami Code and he is in line for some rushing work this Sunday. Hurts is projected near 50 rushing yards versus the Los Angeles Rams defense. With a total of 39.5 given by the Underdog Fantasy team, this total seems soft.
The Rams have faced one quarterback that is similar to Hurts when it comes to a running quarterback. That was Anthony Richardson of the Indianapolis Colts. He was able to rush for 56 yards on the ground in Week 4. Jalen Hurts has yet to eclipse the 39-yard mark on the ground this season but this matchup screams for him to rush right past it.
Ja'Marr Chase, 78.5 Receiving Yards (HIGHER)
Ja'Marr Chase's receiving prop is the fifth-highest prop to hit in the matchup versus the Arizona Cardinals. Sitting at -104 (50.86%) odds in the Proptimizer, Chase will have some opportunities coming his way. He is averaging a 30% target rate through the first four weeks of the season with 75% of targets being catchable.
The Cardinals have struggled versus some receivers this year as they just had Brandon Aiyuk carve up their defense for 148 yards in Week 4. They may not be the worst in the NFL at defending receivers but they do rank 11th in the category.
Michael Wilson, 37.5 Receiving Yards (HIGHER)
Coming off of his huge performance in Week 4, we'll be running it back with Michael Wilson. Besides the low performance in Week 1, Wilson has recorded over 50 receiving yards in the past three weeks. On top of that, he is coming off of a career-high of seven targets. Just second behind Marquise Brown with a target share of 17%.
Using the Proptimizer, Wilson also is favored at -104 (50.86%) to hit the over versus the Cincinnati Bengals. Ranked 14th in defending opposing receivers, the Bengals also struggle, which gives Wilson another week with a solid opportunity.
T.J. Hockenson, 53.5 Receiving Yards (HIGHER)
T.J. Hockenson gets a pretty good matchup versus the Kansas City Chiefs as they rank 23rd against opposing tight ends. On top of that, Hockenson has the second-highest edge in the Prop Optimizer in this game. He comes in at 8.95%, right behind Patrick Mahomes passing yards (10.35% edge).
Surprisingly, Hockenson is coming off of his worst performance of the season so far where he only recorded two catches for 24 receiving yards. Through the first three weeks, he was targeted nine times in Week 1, eight times in Week 2, and 11 times in Week 3. The opportunities continue to be there for the tight end and he continues to be a big part of this Minnesota Vikings offense.
Other Plays: Joshua Dobbs 220.5 passing yards (LOWER), James Conner 58.5 rushing yards (HIGHER), Harrison Butker 1.5 FG made (HIGHER)
