NFL QB Power Rankings: All Four Remaining Playoff Starters

Championship weekend is a mere days away and the stage has been set for what should be an excellent slate of games. Rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels has shined in these playoffs and headlines a group of elite quarterbacks this weekend.

Perhaps the only surprise on championship weekend is the presence of Daniels and his Commanders. These guys have been on fire over the last seven weeks and show no signs of being stopped. They are injecting belief around the league that the Commanders have a legitimate shot at hoisting the Lombardi Trophy in a couple of weeks.

With everything on the line this weekend, look for these four elite quarterbacks to step up and lead their teams at a high level. This is going to be a fun weekend of football, as no one looks to be completely overmatched. Grab some popcorn and get ready for stellar quarterback play.

4. Jalen Hurts - Philadelphia Eagles

Jalen Hurts has garnered a lot of criticism lately for a lackluster Philadelphia passing offense, especially after a 128 passing-yard day against the Rams this past weekend. The question is whether the lack of passing is due to offensive ineptitude or the strengths of running back Saquon Barkley.

Either way, what has landed Hurts at No. 4 on this list is the fact that he seems to be banged up. He visibly hurt his knee in the Divisional Round and has not always looked like himself since the injury. Still, Hurts is more than capable of making the plays necessary to win when games are on the line.

3. Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs

Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs continue to make the right plays at the right time. There is no denying that the Texans played them tough in the Divisional Round. However, the road to the Super Bowl still goes through Kansas City.

The Chiefs draw the bills for the AFC Championship Game. The Chiefs have a knack for losing to the Bills in the regular season but have never lost to the Josh Allen-led Bills in the postseason. This is going to be an excellent game on Sunday.

2. Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen has played excellent football all season. He has evolved as a quarterback to make only the necessary plays without the need for a splash play on every drive. He has entered the stratosphere of Patrick Mahomes in his ability to simply be a "game-winner."

Allen will enter the belly of the beast in Kansas City once again for the right to go the the Super Bowl. The Bills have as good a chance as any of taking down the champs but it will take a flawless game from Allen.

1. Jayden Daniels - Washington Commanders

There is not much left to say about this kid. Jayden Daniels continues to demonstrate that he is an elite quarterback in the NFL. He is dragging the Commanders through the playoffs right now and he has them within one win of the Super Bowl.

There is just about no doubt that Daniels is playing the best of any of the remaining quarterbacks right now. The NFC Championship Game against the Eagles is going to come down to Daniels' ability to lead the Commanders offense against a talented Eagles defense.
