NFL Playoff Picture and Wild Card Standings - Packers, Seahawks, Saints, Colts, Texans, Bills Among Teams In The Hunt

Derek Carr - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Updated 2023-24 NFL playoff picture, standings, AFC/NFC Wild Card race as of Week 18 (2024). A look at the top seeds and teams in the hunt for the NFL playoffs.

It's been an incredible 2023 NFL season, but there are still plenty of highly-important games in Week 18. Heading into the final week of the regular season, nine teams have clinched playoff spots, meaning five slots are still up for grabs.

Let's take a look at the NFL playoff picture after Week 17 action and see which teams are locked in, which teams are close to clinching, and which teams need a win and a ton of help to qualify for the postseason.

As a reminder, seven teams from each conference will qualify for the postseason. The top seeds in each conference will earn a first-round bye, while the three other division winners in each conference will host a playoff game in the Wild Card Round. Despite the Tampa Bay Buccaneers sitting at 8-8, they are currently ahead of the 11-5 Eagles due to the NFL's playoff format. Without further ado, let's dive into the standings.
