Chargers @ Chiefs More or Less Contest
Recommended Prop Pick:
Patrick Mahomes less than 320.5 passing yards and Justin Herbert more than 310.5 passing yards
This is going to be a popular game on Sunday, and for good reason with two solid offenses, so we might as well take a look at the quarterback props here.
I hate picking a Mahomes less than here, but the Chargers have been solid against the pass as they have allowed just an average of just 186 passing yards per game to quarterbacks. Just last week, they held Dak Prescott and the high-powered Dallas Cowboys offense to just 237 passing yards after he threw for over 400 yards Week 1 against the Bucs. Last season, in his only game against the Chargers, Mahomes managed to throw for 302 passing yards, but this was when the Chargers were without Derwin James. James stabilizes this defense and should be able to keep Mahomes below the total.
Herbert and the Chargers' first inclination is to pass the ball and they have plenty of weapons to move the ball through the air with Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, Jared Cook, and Austin Ekeler. They will likely come out looking to use the run to set up the pass and get all of these guys involved. This could prove to be wise as the Chiefs have allowed 560 passing yards to quarterbacks over the first two weeks, which is ranked in the bottom half of the league. In Week 1, the Chiefs allowed Baker Mayfield to torch them for 321 yards through the air, and then in Week 2 they allowed Lamar Jackson to put up 239 yards against them, which is a very solid number for him. Herbert should certainly be able to get over the total in this one.

Ravens @ Lions: Touchdown Dance Contest
Recommended Prop Pick:
Marquise Brown, Ty'Son Williams, and T.J. Hockenson more than 1.5 touchdowns
This game could be a ton of fun inside Ford Field and there are some great options to get in the end zone in this one.
Marquise Brown has looked great so far in 2021 as he has hauled in 12 of 16 targets for 182 yards and has scored in each game. He gets a great matchup against this Lions' secondary as they have given up 366 yards to wideouts and have allowed two receiving touchdowns to them. This TD number would likely be higher had Aaron Jones not dismantled them Monday night leaving no touchdowns for Packers' wide receivers.
The Ravens come into this game as nine-point favorites, which should mean some added volume in the rushing attack. Williams has seen 22 carries over the previous two games and saw 13 in Week 2 against the Chiefs. He is also involved in the passing game as he has five receptions on six targets thus far. He gets a solid matchup vs. the Lions as they have allowed the seventh-most rushing yards to backs and have also allowed backs to haul in nine of nine targets on the season.
Seeing as the Lions are nine-point dogs in this game, they are going to need someone to help them out in the passing game and that is where Hockenson comes in. Over the first two weeks, he has been a favorite of Jared Goff as he has hauled in 16 of 20 targets over his first two games. He also gets a solid matchup against the Ravens who have allowed tight ends to average 26.7 fantasy points per game over the first two weeks, which ranks worst in the league. While they did face Kelce last week, they also allowed Darren Waller to go off for 10 receptions, 110 yards, and a score. Hockenson should be able to thrive in this matchup.

Bonus Play: The reception collection contest in this game with Marquise Brown, Mark Andrews, and T.J. Hockenson to record more than 17.5 receptions should be a solid play as well. While Brown and Hockenson's value in this game is mentioned above, Mark Andrews could also be in line for a very solid day. Andrews is coming fresh off a Sunday night matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs in which he hauled in five of five targets for 57 yards. Now, he will be facing the Detroit Lions who allowed George Kittle to burn them for 78 yards on five catches with a long reception of 35 yards. The Ravens should be able to move the ball at will on this Lions Defense and Andrews will likely be the number two target behind Marquise Brown, which should put him in a good spot to help move this total along.
