The NASCAR Cup Series ran a very short practice session at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday afternoon in preparation for the upcoming USA Today 301 on Sunday.
The practice session itself was delayed by weather, and once the 36-car field finally got on to the 1.058-mile track, they were able to make laps for about four minutes before rain came again and ended the session early.
Because of this, there is not much to learn from this practice session as far as our analysis goes. However, crew chiefs were able to learn a few things to help prepare their cars for Sunday's race, such as William Byron's crew chief, Rudy Fugle:
