OG Anunoby, 4.5 Rebounds + Assists (LOWER)
Toronto Raptors forward OG Anunoby is known for his defensive prowess and ability to knock down three-pointers. Anunoby does not do much else in terms of counting stats. The Raptor is averaging 3.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game this season. Playing off the ball and being less involved on the glass will make it difficult for Anunoby to reach four combined rebounds and assists.
Kelly Oubre Jr., 12.5 Field Goals Attempted (LOWER)
Philadelphia 76ers forward Kelly Oubre Jr. has had a decent start to the season from a scoring perspective. Oubre Jr. has averaged 19 points on 12.7 field goal attempts per game. Sixers head coach Nick Nurse stated that Oubre Jr. will move from the second unit to the starting lineup. While his minutes will go up, his efficiency and usage may not. Oubre Jr. could see his shots per game decrease in a starting lineup with scorers like Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, and Tobias Harris.
Walker Kessler, 16.5 Pts + Rebs + Asts (LOWER)
Utah Jazz center Walker Kessler has gotten off to a slow start this season. The second-year player is averaging 8.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 0.2 assists per game. Through five games this year, Kessler has eclipsed 17 combined points, rebounds, and assists just once. The Jazz center has not been able to sustain the production he showed in his rookie season, and he may continue to struggle on the second night of a back-to-back.
De'Anthony Melton, 3.5 Assists (HIGHER)
Philadelphia 76ers guard De'Anthony Melton is one of the players likely to benefit from the trade sending James Harden to the Los Angeles Clippers. Playing with talented scorers in the Philadelphia starting unit, Melton has been able to dish out dimes at a career-high rate. The Sixers guard is averaging 5.3 assists through three games and collected eight assists on Sunday against the Portland Trailblazers. Melton should be able to reach four assists with ease.
Kevin Durant, 1.5 3-Pointers Made (HIGHER)
Phoenix Suns superstar forward Kevin Durant is coming off a heartbreaking loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Halloween. Durant and the Suns led the entire game but let the lead slip away in the final seconds. The Suns take on those same Spurs on Thursday, and Durant will have his chance for revenge. The Suns star has yet to hit more than one three-pointer in a game this season, but I expect Thursday to be the day he sets a new season-high in three-pointers made.
Jakob Poeltl, 9.5 Rebounds + Assists (HIGHER)
Toronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl has not gotten off to the best start this season, but the line for his combined rebounds and assists on Thursday night seems a bit low. Poeltl is averaging 9.0 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 25 minutes per game this season. The Raptors center has collected at least 10 combined rebounds and assists in four of five games this year. Poeltl hit the over on this line with rebounds alone in three games this season.
