Another 12-game Wednesday is welcomed after last night's five game slate. Only the Clippers and Trail Blazers could keep a competitive game, but throughout the night, points were still being scored. The Wizards-Warriors are headlining tonight with the highest projected point total, so try not to get impatient waiting for the games to start.
Add in a rematch between the Timberwolves and Kings and it's hard to ignore the amount of upside there is tonight. Karl-Anthony Towns is coming off a 26-point, 18-rebound night, so until Richaun Holmes returns later in the month, expect similar results against this frontcourt. Hassan Whiteside might get extra minutes, but the Kings defense was struggling before Holmes went down.
MonkeyKnifeFight.com continues to be ahead of the curve with their canceling of contests amid postponements, so don't worry about wasting money on a player or game that might not play. As always, you can find me in the NBA Chat Room or @HalfCourtJester on Twitter with any questions, especially since lines and players are subject to change throughout the day.

GSW @ WAS
Stephen Curry (GSW) MORE 36.5 Points - Bradley Beal (WAS) MORE 30.5 Points
There hasn't better a better basketball player than Stephen Curry. The 36-point over doesn't even seem out-of-line and first reaction was, "Yeah, sounds about right." The Wizards defense continues to let up points and even if they didn't, Curry has been playing too well.
Not to undersell Bradley Beal's five-game, 30-point streak, but there's no real reason to go with the under on either player here. With how well both are playing and the projected pace, banking on another good game from Curry and for Beal to continue his scoring feels right on line with how things have gone.

ATL @ NYK
Julius Randle (NYK) MORE 26.5 Points - Trae Young (ATL) MORE 23.5
Depending on how long Trae Young's point total stays at 23 or 24 points, both Young and Julius Randle can be locked in for the over. Randle crushes this Hawks defense and Young is coming off a 25-point night in 32 minutes. Both players have a history of playing specifically well against these defenses, so even though this will end up a defensive-sided game, both Randle and Young will assume enough usage to be the main source of production once again.

OKC @ IND
Caris Levert (IND) MORE 22.5 Points - Darius Bazley (OKC) MORE 15.5
Caris LeVert consistently attacks and his role in the Pacers offense grows despite having a few bad games here and there. He hasn't scored 20 points in two games, but that's not entirely worrisome with how the Pacers have been playing and the competitiveness of their most recent games. The Thunder defense is notably worse compared to the Hawks and Spurs, so expect him to convert at a much higher rate against them.
Darius Bazley has been thriving with the Thunder in shambles, so even though Oklahoma City likely won't win this game, their entire rotation has upside. Without Domantas Sabonis and Myles Turner, Indiana's frontcourt is downright bad and exposable. With Bazley being the type of player to finish at the rim and then extend his range, he's likely won't even have to show that range to produce.

MIN @ SAC
De'Aaron Fox (SAC) MORE 28.5 Points - Karl-Anthony Towns (MIN) MORE 28.5
One side of my brain wants to believe that tonight's game will focus on defense, but it's just hopeful thinking after watching both of these teams play all season. De'Aaron Fox usually has upside every night, but this Timberwolves backcourt gave him and the other Kings guards problems. Between Fox, Buddy Hield, and Tyrese Haliburton, they only made 10 of their 38 shots.
Not promising, but shows room for improvement since players can just have bad shooting nights. As long as Ricky Rubio and D'Angelo Russell are splitting point guard duties, you have to like whoever is lining up across from them. As for Towns, it's fairly simply. The over.
