The 2023-2024 NBA season is here, and our friends over at PrizePicks still have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power or flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the industry's best and easiest-to-win NBA DFS games. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For the NBA, Single Stat consists of points, rebounds, assists, three-pointers made, and free throws made, in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Today, we will look at some single-stat scores for tonight, January 24.

Grayson Allen OVER 2.5 3-PT Made - For all the defensive struggles of the Dallas Mavericks, one of the more shocking moments of the season falls on the scorching-hot hand of Phoenix Suns role player Grayson Allen. Although the Suns lost at home on Christmas evening to the Mavericks, Allen erupted for 32 points on 8-17 three-point shooting. The Suns play in Dallas on Wednesday night. Although Allen won't repeat his Christmas performance, Dallas will have its hands tied guarding Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, and Bradley Beal, which leaves plenty of opportunity for Allen to cover the over on 2.5 three-point shots made.
Grayson Allen had 19 third-quarter points, including this terrific steal and three! 🔥
It’s a one-point game on Christmas.

Dejounte Murray UNDER 26.5 Points - Atlanta Hawks combo guard Dejounte Murray has a seemingly easy assignment on Wednesday evening as he faces the Golden State Warriors. At this point in the Warriors' season, I don't think they have anything left in the tank for a significant run. Once an institution of disciplined defense, now opposing offenses look at the Warriors with little to no regard. In Golden State's past five games, its defense allowed 130 points.
However, even with the apparent fall from grace, the Warriors' recent success vs. Murray puts a wrench in the Atlanta guard's 26.5-point prop. Murray averaged 17.5 points against Golden State last season. I sense the Warriors bounce back from their 1-4 stretch, and Murray feels the brunt of it.
Luke Kennard UNDER 15.5 Points - Luke Kennard is having a slightly notable run. In his last three games, he averaged 17 points on 14-27 shooting from distance. There isn't much for Memphis Grizzlies fans to root for aside from tanking to get a top pick in the 2024 draft. Despite Kennard's recent scoring outings, the Miami Heat, historically, put a wet blanket on Kennard's fiery shooting touch.

In the Heat's previous four games vs. Kennard, the former Duke Blue Devil averaged only 11 points per contest, which falls below the 15.5 points line. I think the Heat continue to suffocate Kennard's shooting causing him to score under 15.5 points,
Bam Adebayo OVER 15.5 Rebound+Assists - Bam is sometimes overshadowed on the same team as Jimmy Butler, the fearless superstar with overpriced coffees and easily one of the best memes in NBA history. However, there is no longer doubt that Bam Adebayo is the best player on the Miami Heat. As the Heat line up against the banged-up Grizzlies, the same backcourt that struggles to rebound, led by Jaren Jackson Jr.'s measly 5.5 per game, Adebayo has all the advantages of a legitimate two-way center.
Adebayo is on a tear on the boards and creating offense as the Miami center averages 16.6 combined rebounds and assists. In light of the multitude of injuries to Memphis' roster, notably to the frontcourt players in this case, I suspect Adebayo will continue his reign on the boards and accumulating assists by covering the over on a combined 15.5 rebounds and assists.
Overall recommendation for this play: POWER
