The 2023-2024 NBA season is here, and our friends over at PrizePicks still have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best and easiest-to-win NBA DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For the NBA, Single Stat consists of points, rebounds, assists, three-pointers made, and free throws made, in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Today, we will look at some single-stat scores for tonight, November 17.
Single Stat NBA Totals - DFS Prop Picks
Editor's Note: Prize Picks prop totals are not always available first thing in the morning, so check back during the day as other props may be added during the day.
Michael Porter Jr. OVER 8.5 Rebounds+Assists -
Michael Porter Jr.'s vastly improved defense is among the top storylines of the 2023-2024 NBA season thus far. I never thought I could depend on Porter Jr. for anything defense-related. Amazingly, 11 games later, the 2018 lottery pick hasn't let me down in the rebound-assists prop category. Take the over as Porter Jr. looks to solidify himself as an elite rebounding forward.
Jalen Brunson OVER 2.5 3-PT Made - Villanova knows how to churn out quality NBA players. Of the 12 players in the association, Jalen Brunson easily takes the cake as the best. Shooting the three-ball is the most improved aspect of his game this season. Converting on 45 percent of his looks from the perimeter on 6.4 attempts, Brunson commands respect from the opposition.
Friday night sees the New York Knicks against the can't-do-right Washington Wizards; Jordan Poole has no shot at deterring Brunson from anything. Slam the over on 2.5 three-point shots made for the Villanova alum.

Jalen Johnson OVER 11.5 Points - Although the Atlanta Hawks haven't exactly flown out the gates, in light of their 6-5 start, at least the roster boasts a breakout player in Jalen Johnson. Averaging 14 points on 46.9 percent from deep, the 20th-overall pick from 2018 cushions the pressure for Trae Young and Dejounte Murray. In his last five games alone, Johnson makes the 11.5 points line appear questionable, as 15 marks the mean of his scoring in the aforementioned stretch. Take the over while you can.
De'Aaron Fox UNDER 28.5 Points - Since returning from an ankle sprain on November 13, De'Aaron Fox injected the Sacramento Kings with the necessary speed to put the opposition on their head. With the line at 28.5, a 0.5 difference in his average for the last two performances, I'd consider Fox doesn't eclipse the mark due to playing the frisky but not-there-yet San Antonio Spurs.

Don't expect a long night for the Kings, making for a short night for their star point guard. Gently press the under.
