Nine games on Monday after a redeeming weekend of basketball starts off with Knicks/Lakers and Mavericks/76ers, two games with the lowest projected point totals. Dallas versus Philadelphia is hopeful as long as Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis play, but this being the second night of a back-to-back means Porzingis' status in still up in the air.
The rest of the night is full of potential, especially looking at the Timberwolves, Nets, Kings, and Pelicans. All four teams defenses have been struggling and last night the Pelicans had to put together a late-game comeback to beat the Cavaliers. Even if New Orleans has the numbers to back up the statements, running around with the Kings guards can be very tiresome.

LAL @ NYK
Julius Randle (NYK) LESS 20.5 Points - Dennis Schroder (LAL) MORE 17.5 Points
As long as the Lakers don't have their starters, it's hard to buy into any individual defense. Talen Horton-Tucker is an exception and if he could add some sort of resistance against Julius Randle, the Lakers would utilize it. He's going to score and find teammates when they are open, so even with the slower pace, Randle's usage is always his selling point.
Dennis Schroder's points have been all over the place, but that's normal for him. He's never been the strongest scorer, and even though he proves time and time again that he is capable of scoring against anyone, his energy isn't always focused on that. It's more situational and seeing how the Knicks defense doesn't account for team production, Schroder will need to score in isolation tonight.

SAC @ NOP
De'Aaron Fox (SAC) MORE 28.5 Points - Zion Williamson (NOP) MORE 28.5
The Pelicans guards struggle on the defensive end and the Kings frontcourt can't protect the rim consistently. Zion Williamson is currently on the most impressive scoring streak of his young career and his matchup tonight is arguably the most enticing. The same can be said for Fox although his scoring streak has simmered down significantly. Regardless, even if both teams defend at their very best, both Williamson and Fox are set for high-usage with minimal risk.

WAS @ UTA
Donovan Mitchell (UTA) MORE 32.5 Points - Bradley Beal (WAS) MORE 25.5
Even including a 16-point game versus the Mavericks, Donovan Mitchell is averaging 34 points over the last four games. The Wizards defense has been terrible for most of the season and the biggest question mark here is what Bradley Beal will do. For someone to have a game log as shaky as Beal and be listed as one of the headliners for this game, you might as well look for a wager that includes Westbrook rather than Beal.
