The NBA Trade Deadline has come and gone, and now teams are loaded up for a playoff push or, in some cases, a season-ending tank job.
The best game of the night goes in Philly, where Denver is visiting and two of the league’s best centers tip off. Joel Embiid and Nikola Jokic are both impact players in their own ways and they are critical to the hopes of their respective clubs.
Denver and Philadelphia are two of nine teams to have won more than 60% of their games this season, so this is quality test for both. Here are some angles to consider when letting the monkeys fly on the court tonight.

DENVER-PHILADELPHIA
OVER/UNDERS
Joel Embiid OVER 27.5 POINTS – That’s a big number, but Embiid has gone for at least 28 points in his past five home games.
Nikola Jokic OVER 9.5 REBOUNDS – Rebounds won’t come quite so easily against Embiid and Co., but Jokic has hit double figures in rebounds in eight of his past 10 road games.
Ben Simmons UNDER 10.5 ASSISTS – This is a lofty number for Simmons, who has had 10 assists or fewer in 13 of his past 16 home games, and 10 of his past 11 games overall.
NEW YORK-DETROIT
OVER/UNDERS
Blake Griffin OVER 25.5 POINTS – Griffin has at least 26 points in five of his past six road games and this is against a Knicks team that has its eyes on the summer.
Kevin Knox OVER 1.5 THREES – The rookie power forward has hit multiple three-pointers in seven of his past nine home games.
Reggie Jackson UNDER 15.5 POINTS – The Pistons point guard has scored at least 16 points just eight times in 25 road games. Even with the Knicks as the opposition that’s a bit of a hill to climb.
CLEVELAND-WASHINGTON
OVER/UNDERS
Larry Nance Jr. OVER 2.5 STEALS + BLOCKS – Since returning to the Cavs lineup, Nance has been under this number in four of five games, but was on a pretty good run in December, when he averaged a combined 2.7 steals and blocks per game.
Tomas Satoransky OVER 6.5 ASSISTS – The Wizards point guard has recorded at least seven assists in six of his past 10 games, and in seven of the past nine games overall, with the two misses finishing at six assists.
CHICAGO-BROOKLYN
OVER/UNDERS
Jarrett Allen UNDER 2.5 BLOCKS + STEALS – The Nets center hasn’t had quite the same impact in these categories lately, contributing at least three combined blocks and steals in just four of his past 12 home games.
RAPID FIRE
Joe Harris -0.5 three-pointers vs. DeMarre Carroll – On their home floor, the Nets wings are averaging 2.7 and 1.5 threes, respectively. That’s more than enough advantage to take Harris minus the half in this contest.
MILWAUKEE-DALLAS
OVER/UNDERS
Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 26.5 POINTS – Giannis has put up at least 27 points in 10 of his past 15 road games and seven of his past 10 games overall.
Luca Doncic UNDER 2.5 THREES – Doncic is having a phenomenal rookie season and he can bomb from long range, but he’s been held to two or fewer threes in eight of his past 15 home games. Mix that in with a strong opponent and this slides to the under.
GOLDEN STATE-PHOENIX
OVER/UNDERS
Steph Curry UNDER 28.5 POINTS – It’s not like the Suns can stop anyone, let alone the Warriors, but this game should be a rout, which means that the Warriors can also rest Steph once the game gets out of hand.
RAPID FIRE
Klay Thompson +6.5 points vs. Kevin Durant – As good as Durant is, he’s averaging 27.2 points per game on the road this season, while Thompson is averaging 21.5 per game. The odds favor Klay here.
MINNESOTA-NEW ORLEANS
OVER/UNDERS
Dario Saric OVER 5.5 REBOUNDS – While the Timberwolves forward has grabbed at least six boards in 10 of 19 road games since joining Minnesota, he’s emerged into a bigger role in the past couple of games, averaging 19.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game.
RAPID FIRE
Julius Randle +3.5 rebounds vs. Karl-Anthony Towns – Randle averages 10.2 rebounds per home game, while Towns averages 11.1 boards per game on the road. Randle +3.5 is the way to go.
MIAMI-SACRAMENTO
OVER/UNDERS
Marvin Bagley Jr. OVER 7.5 REBOUNDS – The rookie big man is starting to look awfully comfortable for the Kings. He’s recorded at least nine rebounds in six straight home games and there’s no reason to think that Miami puts a stop to that.
RAPID FIRE
Justise Winslow +0.5 threes vs. Dion Waiters – There’s always potential for Waiters to go off, but he’s missed a bunch of time and is averaging 1.4 threes per road game this season while Winslow’s road average is a touch over 1.5 per game. The higher average plus getting a half? Yes please.
