NBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks - FanDuel DFS Basketball Advice for 11/23/15

Welcome to another episode of Jason Bales's daily fantasy basketball advice for FanDuel.

In this article, I will be providing you with Daily NBA picks for FanDuel on 11/23/15. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Kemba Walker (vs SAC, $7,500)

Kemba Walker is one of the most consistent and reliable daily fantasy guard options on the board right now, and he gets a decent matchup against the Sacramento Kings tonight. He is a bigger value on DraftKings, but FanDuel does not have him priced high enough either. In his last game against the Philadelphia 76ers, he scored 36.9 fantasy points, dishing out seven assists and scoring 20 points. He also has the ability to steal the ball, and he has two or more in six of his last eight games. He is generally playing around 35 minutes per game, which is plenty of time for him to hit value. The Sacramento Kings are going to keep the game close, so Walker will be relied on heavily. Use him in either format.

Rodney Hood (vs OKC, $4,700)

Rodney Hood is definitely too cheap on FanDuel tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder. He missed a game due to a foot injury, but he has looked good in two straight now, and it is safe to fire him back up. Playing over 35 minutes per game makes it almost impossible for him to fail to hit value. The Oklahoma City Thunder do not do a great job defending the shooting guard position, and Hood should be able to take advantage of that tonight. It is almost impossible to find someone that plays 35 plus minutes per game and costs under $5,000, so do not hesitate to use Hood in either format.

 

FanDuel DFS Forwards

DeMarcus Cousins (at CHA, $10,600)

Without counting the one-game suspension that Cousins was awarded, he has over 20 points and 10 rebounds in four straight games now. It is almost likely that he is going to score 50 plus fantasy points at this point, and he need to be in your lineup tonight. Sure, his price tag is pretty high, but he is shooting the ball at a ridiculous rate, and he is playing 35-40 minutes per game. What other power forward has the ability to drop 40 regular points in a single game? Cousins is the best of the best; the king of kings; the top of the food chain; you get the picture here. He can be used in any format, and he should be used in every format. Oh, and he is playing one of the worst defenses against the power forward position in the league.

Kristaps Porzingis (at MIA, $6,300) 

Kristaps Porzingis is by no means a safe option tonight against the Miami Heat. He has the ability to score 40 plus fantasy points, but he also has the ability to score under 20. In fact, in his last four games, he has two games over 40 fantasy points and two games under 20 fantasy points. He is very unpredictable. It is obvious that the New York Knicks are making him a big part of their offense, but he has yet to prove that he can be consistent. In his last game, he played 36 minutes, and that is a good sign, as he has been playing around 20-30 minutes per game prior to that. It'll be interesting to see if that continues, or if the Knicks continue to provide flexibility with his minutes. Do not use him in 50/50 contests.

 

FanDuel DFS Centers

Andre Drummond (at MIL, $9,700)

Andre Drummond is the best center option on the board every time he steps onto the court. I refuse to stop playing him until his price tag is above $10,000. He struggled against the Washington Wizards, but still finished the game with 13 rebounds, 8 points, and 29.1 fantasy points. This is easily the worst game he has had all season long, and he should be able to dominate the Milwaukee Bucks' young bigs tonight. Against the Portland Trailblazers, Cousins scored 29 points, grabbed 27 rebounds, and put up 70.4 fantasy points. It would be an understatement to say that Drummond has tremendous upside. Use him in any format tonight against the Milwaukee Bucks.
