FanDuel DFS Guards
Chris Paul - PG, vs. PHO ($9,300)
Easy matchup and although it is a back to back for both teams, Doc Rivers managed to rest his starters and Paul only played 28 minutes while posting nine points and nine assists. Austin Rivers picked up much of the slack but expect Paul to be at the top of his game against the Suns. They gave the Warriors a serious fight and the Clippers may need the 30/10 Paul we all love in the DFS community. More from the Clippers later...
Ty Lawson - PG, at ATL ($5,100)
Hear me out, he had a bad shooting night against the Timberwolves but we know Ty Lawson can light up a scoreboard. I expect him to rebound against the Hawks when he goes against Dennis Schroeder who struggles on defense. He doesn't have much time left and he has to make a strong case for why he should remain the starter ONE of these first eight games. With three mediocre games under his belt and Demarcus Cousins desperate for help, I see Lawson having a great game.
Demar DeRozan - SG, vs. DEN
Denver gives up points to players that can drive and finish at the rim...and All-Stars. (Damian Lillard scored 39, Anthony Davis scored 50) DeRozan is coming off a 32 point game in which he shot 12-28 which can be easily improved against the Nuggets. This is a must-play.

Doug McDermott - SF, at BKN ($3,800)
Doug exploded last game and I'm not basing this choice solely off that but more that he will get plenty of minutes and shots against a team that gave up 22 to Rashad Vaughn of the Milwaukee Bucks last game. I also advise Butler but McDermott is dirt cheap and on a hot streak so assuming he gets the same/more minutes, he should only get better. McDermott is a great value play and can be played safely with Butler in the same lineup.
Blake Griffin - PF, vs. LAC ($9,000)
Remember when I said Chris Paul was going to be like his old 30/10 self? Well, Blake Griffin should be the recipient of many of those assists. Griffin has been looking great this year and it's only a matter of time before he has a game to make you reconsider the Clippers as a contender. Compared to last year this whole new, versatile, PG-like, Blake Griffin actually looks promising. I'm going to pay up for the matchup.
Danilo Galinari - SF, at Tor ($6,900)
Toronto gives up points to shooters and the Nuggets are going to rely Danilo Galinari to pull out a victory. Even with 42 minutes last game it's clear Denver coach Michael Malone trust Galinari to involve himself in the game as much as he wants. One of if not the best shooter on the Nuggets should find his stroke against Toronto and showcase his shooting.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Brook Lopez - C, vs. CHI ($7,900)
Brook Lopez is going up against his brother Robin Lopez. In last years matchups between the Lopez brothers, Brook easily had the upper hand each and every time. He has been one of the main sources of production on the Nets and look for it to continue against the Bulls. Chicago may pull out a victory but Brook is going to beat up on his a brother the whole game.
Jonas Valancuinas - C, vs. DEN ($6,400)
Jonas Valancuinas had a poor shooting night after a monstrous season debut. That should not be common and against Nikola Jokic, a younger, less experienced center, Valancuinas should bury him in mid range jumpers on his was to a 20/10 night. Jonas is cementing himself as a top center in the Eastern Conference.
