The NASCAR Cup Series ran the Crayon 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Monday afternoon, and it was Martin Truex, Jr. who got his third win of the season in dominating fashion.
To no surprise, Truex had the best Green Flag Speed during Monday's race, nearly a full half-of-a-mile-per-hour faster than 2nd-fastest Aric Almirola.
Almirola, who finished 34th, had a loose wheel during the race that derailed his strong day. Ryan Blaney, who finished 22nd, had the 3rd-fastest Green Flag Speed, but a late issue ruined his day as well and he finished 22nd. Another noteworthy asterisk mark in this race was Christopher Bell, who ranked 5th in Green Flag Speed but finished 29th after wrecking late.
