Pick 1: Rapidfire Time Pick The Correct Drivers
As promised, we are taking more and more swings at the RapidFire contest, the past several weeks have been mostly successful so we try to string out three drivers for Saturday night's race.
Kyle Busch still has a ton of work to do as he only finished ninth last week due to a few unforced driving errors and one bad pit stop. This week, the laps come fast and furious at about 14-15 seconds. Most do not realize how fast Bristol moves and lap traffic gets in the way quickly. The No. 18 car starts from the ninth position on Saturday night. He is still 13 points ahead of 14th in the playoff chase and single digits ahead of that 12th-place tie. That carries some concern.
The idea that he is giving up points to Joey Logano in this matchup could be trouble. However, Busch can charge from the back of the field and quickly lead laps. He has done this a few times before. The Joe Gibbs Racing car just tends to be one of the best ones with the 750HP oval package. It handles the banks that much better. As much intrigue as the idea of picking Logano brings, the reality is that Kyle Busch has more to lose and should get to the front enough to cover the 1.5 points on Saturday night.
Then, there is the ultimate risk between Kyle Larson and Denny Hamlin. Both drivers have some success at Bristol. However, the 0.533-mile track has caused both of them some occasional issues. Larson actually has a better chance of winning this week as he starts second and has the fastest car among the Hendricks Motorsports Racing driver. This is nothing against Denny Hamlin but Hamlin has little to race for this week. Larson's competitive drive is on another level as well. He wants to win every time he goes out there.
So, it's a cover bet here on both fronts.
The No. 5 car is worth a shot always. Larson and the younger Busch should ride one to some dollars err glory on Saturday night.
RapidFire Picks: Kyle Larson (-0.5), Martin Truex (-1.5), and Joey Logano (-1.5)

Pick 2: More or Less Fantasy Points (2/2)
Recommended Prop Pick: Martin Truex Jr. LESS 16.5 Fantasy Points, Chase Elliott LESS 17.5 Fantasy Points
This prop is a fun one because who knows how this week could turn out. Hell, both of these racers should come up short of the podium on Saturday night.
Luck has not been kind lately to either as we said. However, the feeling is Truex Jr. just does not race well here. He finishes out of the top-10 with frequency. It is one of those tracks where maybe adjustments never seem to work for the No. 19 car. It is one of the few tracks during the Chase that Truex Jr. ranks nowhere close to the top ten drivers when it comes to the average finish. That is the reality.
These point totals are interesting for Chase Elliott. The surprise Hendricks driver may just be Alex Bowman who is squarely on the bubble with Kurt Busch going into Bristol. As for Elliott, he has some good results on the short track. His average finish of 12.83 is one thing. The only worry is that the No. 9 car has led 9.8% of the laps in the past three seasons at Bristol. If Elliott gets to the front, he is always one to watch. He may not be able to sustain that speed and draft position but enough laps led with result put the LESS in danger.
Take the LESS anyway and look to other Hendricks drivers on Saturday night along with the LESS on Truex Jr.
