BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB3
ANALYSIS: Pittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris is coming off his best game of the season, as he had 16 carries for 82 yards and a touchdown in a 23-19 win over the Green Bay Packers in Week 10.
That marked the second game in a row that Harris had found the end zone and the third time in the last four games. That's a big change from early in the season, when he failed to score a touchdown in the first five games of 2023.
What's changed? Well, it's not clear. Jaylen Warren is getting more touches, but that hasn't cut into Harris' numbers. Two of his three highest carry games came in the past two weeks.
It just feels like he's running the ball better right now. The fact he's playing only around half of Pittsburgh's offensive snaps lowers Harris' ceiling a little, but his overall usage makes him a high-end RB3 option.
My only real concern is that Warren's touches are trending up, and if that continues to happen, it could eat into Harris' numbers. It hasn't yet though and I'm not going to be benching Harris in fantasy based on hypotheticals. For now, he remains a starting option in 12-team leagues.
