Pick 1: Over/Under
Recommended Prop Pick
Andy Dalton OVER 260.5 passing yards and Mason Rudolph UNDER 248.5 passing yards
In general, both of these teams' offenses and defensives haven't been performing well this season, as their 0-3 records prove. However, the Steelers passing defensive has been particular bad; currently, they rank third to last in the league allowing just over 300 passing yards per game. Dalton has thrown for 418 yards in Week 1, 318 yards in Week 2, and 250 yards in Week 3-- he has an excellent chance of surpassing that 260.5 yard mark against a weak Steelers passing defense.
As for the Bengals passing defense, they have been right around average-- they have allowed 237.7 passing yards per game so far this season. Rudolph only put up 174 passing yards in his Week 3 start and I just can't see him slicing through a defense at this point; even if he has a solid game he should stay well below that 248.5 passing yard mark.

Pick 2: Over/Under Contest
Recommended Prop Pick
James Conner, Tyler Boyd, and John Ross to score 2.5+ touchdowns
As mentioned above, the Steelers passing defense has been really bad this year and I think that Dalton will be able to rack up yards through the air; clearly, this means that there could be numerous passing touchdowns for the Bengals. With A.J. Green out, Boyd and Ross have seen the majority of the target shares-- Ross has been able to find the end zone three times this season but Boyd has yet to catch a touchdown. However, Boyd has seen double digit targets each of the first three weeks and it is just a matter of time until he finds the end zone.
As for Conner, the only way that the Steelers will be able to stay in this game is if Conner is fed the ball all game. He has really disappointed this season with only one touchdown but a breakout game seems inevitable. In addition, the Bengals rushing defense ranks second to worst in the league allowing 168.7 rushing yards per game.
Note: I recommend the 2.5 total as I can realistically imagine each of the players scoring a touchdown each or a two touchdown game from Conner and one from Boyd or Ross. However, if you are feeling really bold, go with the 3.5 touchdown goal in an attempt to 20x your buy-in.

Pick 3: Rapid Fire Fantasy Points
Recommended Prop Pick
Tyler Boyd OVER 16.5 fantasy points and James Conner OVER 16.5 fantasy points
I know, this a little bold considering Boyd has reached 16.5 fantasy points once this season and Conner has yet to do it-- but, here me out...
As I've mentioned, Boyd has been targeted 10+ times each of the first three weeks of the season and the Steelers passing defense has been really bad. There is no doubt that Boyd will have the opportunity to have a big game-- of course, in what might end up being a relatively slow game, it's not a guarantee but I think Boyd gets to 16.5 fantasy points more often than not.
As I've also mentioned-- 1) Conner is due for a 2019 breakout game, 2) The Bengals rushing defense is second worse in the league (only better than the Dolphins, if they even count), and 3) The only way the Steelers stay in this game is with Conner. There's a chance that Conner continues his mediocre ways but a 2018 type performance from Conner just seems right on a Monday Night as the Steelers try to prove they aren't as bad as their 0-3 record indicates.
