Fantasy Score MLB Totals
Paul Goldschmidt over 7.0 fantasy score - Goldy gets a matchup against Tigers' left-hander Tarik Skubal this afternoon and that could be very fruitful for him. On the season, Skubal has allowed a whopping 25 home runs to right-handed hitters as well as 18 doubles on the season. Goldschmidt has been swinging a hot bat lately and is posting a .987 OPS over his previous 27 at-bats.
Robbie Grossman over 6.5 fantasy score - Grossman will be facing Cardinals left-hander Jon Lester. Lester has struggled against right-handed hitters in 2021 as noted by the fact he has given up 14 home runs, 21 doubles, and a .324 BAA to them. Grossman has been solid vs. left-handed pitchers in 2021 as he has posted an .858 OPS with seven home runs, four doubles, and two triples.
Jared Walsh over 7.5 fantasy score - Walsh gets to face Orioles right-hander Dean Kremer in this one and Kremer has allowed a lot of long balls on the season as noted by the 14 he has given up across 49 2/3 innings pitched. The Orioles pen is behind him and they have posted the worst ERA (7.79) over the previous 15 days. Walsh has been coming around lately at the plate as well as he has a .300 average and .391 OBP across his previous 20 at-bats.
Carlos Correa over 7.5 fantasy score - Correa will be facing Mike Minor who has given up 22 home runs to right-handed hitters this season and has also given up three earned runs or more in each of his previous four starts. Correa has posted a 1.022 OPS with a .484 OBP over his previous 26 at-bats and has also posted an .842 OPS against left-handed pitchers in 2021.
