PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props as well as hitter props in which you determine if the pitcher or hitter in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Fantasy Score and Single Stat MLB Totals
Eloy Jimenez over 9.0 fantasy points - I know this is a high total, but Eloy has been on absolute fire and has a tremendous matchup tonight. He will be facing Griffin Jax who has allowed right-handers to go deep off of him six times in just 18 innings pitched. Jimenez is posting a ridiculous 1.280 OPS with five bombs over his previous 33 at-bats, so definitely get him involved here.
Jonathan India over 7.5 fantasy points - I am going to keep going back to India as long as he hits at the top of the Reds' lineup and has a reasonable fantasy points threshold. He will be facing left-hander Drew Smyly who allowed right-handed hitters to go yard off of him 13 times, has allowed 13 doubles, and is allowing a .266 BAA. India has hit lefties well as noted by his .947 OPS on the season.
Robbie Grossman over 1.5 Hits + Walks - Robbie Grossman gets another left-handed pitcher in Keegan Akin tonight. Akin has allowed right-handed hitters to post a .322 BAA and has also walked 16 righties in 37 innings pitched. Grossman has been solid vs. left-handed pitchers as he is posting a .380 OBP vs. them in 2021.
Trevor Story over .5 Runs + RBI - This is a prop we do not see very often and could certainly be worth looking at tonight. Over his previous 12 games, Story has a combined 20 runs + RBI. He will be squaring off against Astros right-hander, Jake Odorizzi, who has allowed a 6.06 ERA to right-handers this season with eight home runs.
