BALLER MOVE: Add in Two-Catcher Leagues
OWNED IN: 5% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Mitch Garver is far from a household name - if memory serves, I may not have even known who he was before this season - but he's quietly been one of the more productive catchers in baseball in the season's second half. The Twins' rookie backstop has slashed .293/.337/.524 since the break, with three home runs and 31 R+BI in 24 games. With that production and an injury to veteran Bobby Wilson, Garver has been seeing the vast majority of the playing time behind the plate for Minnesota. As long as he continues to perform at the plate, he's worth an add in two-catcher formats and many deep or AL-only leagues as well.
