Welcome RotoBallers to our mid-week fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings list for Week 19 - July 24 through July 30 to help you stay on top of the waiver wire, especially in leagues that allow daily moves. The MLB trade deadline is Monday, and we have seen significant roster shakeups, such as the Angels acquiring right-hander Lucas Giolito from the White Sox. The Dodgers upgraded their infield by acquiring shortstop Amed Rosario from the Guardians. Many roles could change or open up as teams make roster moves geared toward a World Series run.

The Brewers called up top prospect Sal Frelick on Sunday. Since Frelick's promotion, he is slashing .417/.556/.667 with a home run, three RBI, and five runs over five games. The Giants called up  Marco Luciano, who batted eighth in his MLB debut on Wednesday. The 21-year-old went 0-for-2 during his big league debut. Top prospects such as Colt Keith, Ronny Mauricio, Landon Knack, Masyn Winn, and Everson Pereira patiently await the call to the big leagues.

Some notable recent performances include Minnesota Twins outfielder Alex Kirilloff, slashing .310/.348/.738 with four homers, 14 RBI, seven runs, and a 1.086 OPS over the last 10 games. Kevin Ginkel has become Arizona's new primary closer. The 29-year-old has notched three saves over his last four appearances while posting a 2.70 ERA, 1.20 WHIP, and an 8.1 K:9 across 3 1/3 innings. Boston Red Sox first baseman Triston Casas has been red hot recently, slashing .469/.575/1.094 with six homers, 11 RBI, 11 runs, and eight walks over his last 40 plate appearances. Speaking of the Red Sox, Nick Pivetta has been thriving in his role as a bulk reliever. The 30-year-old owns a 1.29 ERA, 0.71 WHIP, and a 33:6 K: BB over his last 21 innings.
