BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ team leagues/2-QB leagues
OWNED IN: 2% of Fleaflicker leagues
ANALYSIS: This may seem like a peculiar waiver wire pickup, but hear me out. Ben Roethlisberger is out at least 4-6 weeks with an MCL sprain, which opens a window of opportunity for Vick. He will have a variety of offensive weapons to work with for the Steelers, such as perennial league-wide WR1 candidate Antonio Brown, Le'Veon Bell and DeAngelo Williams to open up the field and grab short receptions, the ultimate safety net Heath Miller, and even underrated deep threat Darrius Heyward-Bey.
Vick may not always have a great completion percentage, and he is prone to turning the ball over, but he can more than make up for it with his legs. In Vick's last season of at least 100 rush attempts, he reached an average of 56.3 yards per game and nine rushing TDs on the season. Vick has plenty of reliable options to throw to in Pittsburgh, but if he decides to start running, he will make up for any potential interceptions. Either way, Michael Vick should be added by fantasy football managers in any league where depth at QB is needed.
