Michael Pittman Jr. fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 2 (2024). Should you start or sit Michael Pittman Jr. for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3
ANALYSIS: Michael Pittman Jr. remains the No. 1 receiver for the Indianapolis Colts, but he was relatively quiet in Week 1, catching four of his eight targets for 31 yards. Pittman played 89% of Indianapolis's snaps in the loss to the Houston Texans.
Pittman led the team in targets, but that didn't mean much when quarterback Anthony Richardson completed just nine pass attempts in the game. Richardson's big arm led to a 54-yard touchdown to Ashton Dulin, but his lack of consistency and struggles with accuracy led to disappointing days for Pittman and rookie Adonai Mitchell.

There's upside in this week's matchup against the Green Bay Packers because Pittman should continue to see a high target share, but there's also plenty of risk because Richardson could easily continue to struggle when it comes to actually completing passes. Consider him a WR3 play.
UPDATE: Josh Downs has officially been ruled OUT for Week 2, giving Pittman Jr. a slight boost in value.
