The Xfinity 500 at Martinsville Speedway was run this past Sunday afternoon and it was Ryan Blaney who came up clutch with the victory to punch his ticket to the Championship Four finale at Phoenix next weekend. He held off Aric Almirola and Denny Hamlin to get his third Cup Series victory on the season.
Third-place finisher, Denny Hamlin, had the best Average Running Position (3.26) during the race, and he was followed by race winner, Ryan Blaney, in that statistic, who had a 4.42 Average Running Position. Chase Briscoe, who finished in fourth, had the third-best Average Running Position in the race (6.36).
All of the top five finishers in this race ranked inside the top six when it came to Average Running Position.
